Main Return & Refund Policy

Products that have been personalised (most of the products), or altered in any way to your specification, this includes resizing, removal of original features, or addition of extra features will not be considered for refund under any circumstances, if upon receiving the item a fault is present with the item we will ONLY replace or repair the item.

For non-personalised products, we are able to offer full-refund policy as normal within 30 days of the delivery date.

All return requests must be submitted by email the first, otherwise the return request will not be processed, checked and accepted.
